SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Delivery Locations:

  • We ship our products across India.

  • International shipping is also available. Please note that delivery times and charges vary by destination country.

Shipping Charges:

  • Domestic (India): Free shipping on all orders PAN India.

  • International: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the order. Any applicable custom duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Processing Time:

  • All orders (domestic & international) are processed within 2–3 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Delivery Time:

  • Domestic Orders (India): Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on location and peak seasons.

  • International Orders: Estimated delivery time is 10–15 business days, which includes customs clearance.

  • NOTE: Delivery times may vary by city/state/country & during peak holiday/festive seasons for both Domestic & International Orders.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your order using the tracking ID provided.

Shipping Partners:

  • We partner with reputed courier services for domestic deliveries and trusted international logistics providers to ensure your order reaches safely and on time.

Delivery Issues:

  • If there are any issues with your order (delays, lost packages, damaged products), please contact our support team at namaste.sacredrasa@gmail.com with your order number for quick assistance.

  • For international shipments, any delays due to customs clearance are beyond our control, but we will assist you in coordinating with the shipping partner where possible.

Important Note for International Customers:

  • Customs duties, VAT, or other import taxes are not included in the product price or shipping charges. These charges (if any) are levied by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Please ensure the delivery address provided is correct and complete to avoid delays.

Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility: Our return policy lasts 2 days from the date of delivery. If 2 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you have received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  Only if products are returned in a saleable condition and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition, and subject to the following terms.

Mandatory Opening Video for Damaged/Defective Claims

To be eligible for a refund or exchange for:

  • Broken items

  • Leaked products

  • Wrong items received

  • Missing items

You must provide a clear opening video that shows:

  1. The sealed package before opening

  2. Uncut, continuous recording while opening the parcel

  3. The product inside and the issue clearly visible

Without an opening video, damaged/wrong item claims will not be accepted.

Damage Reporting Timeline:

For any damage or defect, please report within 24 hours of delivery along with the opening video.

Non-Returnable Cases:

Sacred Rasa reserves the right to reject:

  • Requests without an opening video

  • Used/opened products (unless damaged on arrival)

  • Requests beyond the 2-day window

  • Items not in original packaging

All return/exchange cases will be vetted before approval.

Non-Returnable Items: Returns and exchange requests will be subject to checking and vetting by Sacred Rasa. Sacred Rasa holds the right to reject a return request if required after examination of the reason.

Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [namaste.sacredrasa@gmail.com].

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or wrong article is delievered. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at [namaste.sacredrasa@gmail.com] with your order number and details of the defect or damage.
